The Golden Gate offers two restaurants serving a wide variety of delicious food at excellent prices. Whether you're in the mood for a mouth-watering 16 oz. Porterhouse steak at our Bay City Diner or just a light snack or hearty deli sandwich from our San Francisco Shrimp Bar & Deli, we promise you great food served with a smile and at prices long forgotten by the mega-resorts.

The Golden Gate introduced shrimp cocktail to the Las Vegas casino scene in 1959, and we've served over 25 million since! This Las Vegas tradition features lots of ocean shrimp in an old-fashioned "tulip" sundae glass, served with our own secret cocktail sauce and a wedge of lemon for only 99¢. If you like large, succulent shrimp, then try our new "Big Shrimp" cocktail for only $2.99. Locals vote our shrimp cocktail "Best of Las Vegas" year after year.

Bay City Diner: Not to be confused with the Bay City Rollers, the lame teen hearthrobs from way back when, this place offers the usual diner fare. It's one of the better coffee shops in town, and one of the best downtown, at prices that are completely reasonable. Oh boy, their cups of joe are hot and delicious.

San Francisco Shrimp Bar and Deli: Home to the world-famous 99-cent shrimp cocktail, consistently voted one of the best values in Las Vegas by the local press, who must really like shrimp covered in fancy ketchup. Also home to the annual Big Empire Shrimp Cocktail Eating Contest, a grueling test of the limits of the human gastro-intestinal fortitude. They also offer good deli sandwiches, hot dogs, soup, etc., for very reasonable prices. A full breakfast is a couple bucks.
